Reservations policy

How can I confirm my reservation?

If you have made a reservation on Yades Pozar by phone or online, you can contact us for confirmation. The lodge reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings unless there is a valid credit card or deposit.

Is there a fixed pricing policy?

There is no fixed pricing policy. Prices are constantly fluctuating, depending on the season, demand and competition. The lodge reserves the right to modify the prices listed on its website and on any of its promotion channels (e.g. booking.com) at any time without notice.

When is a booking completed?

The booking order is considered to be completed upon receiving the deposit.

Do I need to provide a document upon arrival?

Please keep a copy of the reservation as well as the proof of bank deposit for display upon arrival at the lodge. By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge of the policies regarding reservations, payment and cancellation of the lodge.

Can children stay in the lodge?

Of course! All children are welcome, as long as they are accompanied and under the constant supervision of an adult.

Is there a charge for children?

All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds *, while all extra older children or adults are charged 15 euros per night for extra beds *.
* The maximum capacity of extra beds in a suite is 1.

Payment and Deposit

Is a deposit needed to make a reservation?

To finalize your reservation, you will need an advance payment equal to or more than 50% of the total cost of the stay. The charge will be made at the time of booking using your credit card details or by deposit in a bank account of the lodge upon consultation.

If I make a reservation by phone, how long do I have to pay the deposit?

The deposit is made within a period of 3 working days after the communication of the lodge with the interested customer and by sending a relevant message via e-mail. Otherwise the pre-booking is canceled without further notice and the suite is released.

If I make a reservation online, do I have to pay in advance?

Yes, the lodge reserves the right to receive pre-approval for the total cost of accommodation before your arrival.

How is the payment made?

Full payment of your account will be made to the lodge’s reception upon departure .

What cards does the lodge accept?

Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro. The lodge reserves the right to pre-approve credit cards prior to arrival. The customer is charged with the corresponding commission charged by each Bank.

Is VAT included in the prices listed on the site? Are there any hidden charges?

Accommodation prices include VAT 13% while the accommodation tax 0.50 euros / night is not included in the prices and must be paid during the check-out.

Cancellation policy

When can I cancel a reservation?

The management of the lodge asks the customers to inform as soon as possible either by phone or by e-mail about any changes or cancellations that concern their reservation.

What margin do I have to cancel a reservation?

– In case of cancellation or modification up to 7 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will be applied.
– In case of cancellation or modification within 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation fees will be applied equal to 50% of the total cost of reservation.
– Further to that or/and in case of No Show, cancellation fees will be applied equal to 100% of the total cost of reservation.

If I don't show up for check-in or if I need to check-out earlier?

In case of “no-show” or early departure you will be charged the total amount of the reservation. (Ν1652/86ΦΕΚ167Α)

What happens if a "non-refundable" booking is canceled?

For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation is charged at the same time as the reservation confirmation, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed. In case of cancellation or “no-show”, you will be charged the full amount for the period of your booking.

Can the lodge cancel or modify a reservation?

In exceptional cases, the lodge reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation if necessary. In this case, you will be reimbursed the total amount you have paid for your reservation, while the lodge will make every effort to provide you with accommodation in another lodge of at least the same category, in the same city that offers similar amenities and facilities (N1652/86ΦΕΚ167Α).

Accommodation and operation of the lodge

Does the lodge have parking?

The parking of the lodge is large, comfortable and is offered FREE of charge to visitors.

Does the lodge have Wi-Fi?

Free, modern and fast Wi-Fi is available in the suites and areas of the lodge.

Can I use the fireplace?

Of course! Firewood is provided free of charge by the lodge. You will be notified by the reception upon arrival.

Can I have a barbecue in the fireplace?

Unfortunately, fireplaces are not available for barbecue for safety reasons. For barbecue, you can use the large shared barbecue area or the wood oven located in the garden kiosk.

Is there a time frame for check-in and check-out?

Yes, as the cleaning and preparation of the suite before the arrival of visitors is of particular importance to us. Check-in is from 15:00 to 17:00 and check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00.

What if my arrival cannot take place between 15:00 - 17:00?

For check-in after 17:00 there should be a consultation with the accommodation, so that we can somehow provide you with access to your suite upon your arrival.

What if I arrive before 15:00?

If you arrive earlier and your suite is ready you can check in (after consultation with the accommodation).
NOTE: The day of arrival is calculated as a whole in terms of rent, regardless of the time of arrival.

If I want to check-out after 11:00?

In case of stay beyond 11:00 and until 18:00 there will be an additional charge of 50% of the night’s rent, while for the stay beyond 18:00, you will be charged the entire rent of this night.

Are there any quiet hours?

Yes, the quiet hours apply as enacted by state law:
– During the summer period from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
– During the winter from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30.
Summer period is the period from April 1 to September 30, while winter period is the period from October 1 to March 31.

We ask our visitors to respect the quiet hours schedule and the other visitors of the lodge.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed in any area of the lodge. If you arrive to the lodge with your pet without any notice, the lodge has the right to cancel your reservation as well as to charge the total value of your stay, as agreed from the beginning.

What happens if I do any damage inside the suite or outdoor areas of the lodge?

The visitor of the lodge is responsible for any damage caused to the lodge, by him or any of his co-visitors or to any other person for whom the visitor is responsible (breaking glass, dishes, sinks, furniture, carpets, clothing etc.) (N1652/86ΦΕΚ167A).
– For the above cases, the lodge reserves the right to charge the amount of damage suffered, to the credit / debit card of the registered customer.
– In cases where the customer has paid in cash or otherwise and not by credit card, the lodge will require the immediate payment of the amount of damage suffered by the customer otherwise the lodge reserves all its legal rights.
